Previous versions of the 360 Roadshow have taken place in Dallas and Chicago with this event in San Francisco being the first of 2026. Chill Out! managed the full programme from venue sourcing through to onsite delivery. The emphasis was on thoughtful planning, venue selection and flow rather than scale, while ensuring the experience aligned with the wider event series.
Delivering the event in San Francisco required a considered approach to planning, venue sourcing and local delivery. The programme needed to feel consistent with previous events in the series while also reflecting local expectations and ways of working.
Selecting venues that supported discussion, hospitality and a more intimate style of engagement was a key part of the brief.
The event represented the first time the Chill Out! US operations team had lead on the management of the event. It was essential, therefore, to ensure that the integration into the ops team and management of the event was seemless.
Chill Out! developed a clear and structured programme that reflected the tone of the wider event series while being tailored to a USA audience. Two venues were selected to support different elements of the programme. The Computer History Museum provided a distinctive setting for the main sessions, offering a professional environment that supported discussion, presentations and networking while reinforcing the innovative context of the event.
Cucina Venti restaurant was chosen to host the hospitality element of the programme, providing a relaxed setting that complemented the daytime content and encouraged relationship building through an informal dining experience.
