McAfee Corp. came to Chill Out! for hybrid event planning for their Global ‘All Hands’ Town Hall meetings. Through a bespoke web portal, we enabled the teams at McAfee to communicate effortlessly, with the option to join sessions at homes across the world for attendee convenience. The virtual event platform provided key information, including timelines, and offered attendee feedback and analytical reports to gather insights to further improve on future virtual events, all at a lower cost compared to traditional methods.

With a venue already established in Las Vegas, our goal was to bring more people to this event by implementing hybrid event production methods, including audio visual streaming where each presenter and performance was described verbally. We also organised all transportation for those attending in person and created accessible solutions for the venue including clear signage, walkways and multiple quiet rooms.
