Riverbed held its “EmpoweredX” event in London in 2023 with the goal of providing a positive digital experience. This event featured interactive breakout sessions, panels and more. Our team was responsible for all the planning and logistics and chose the Nobu Hotel in London Portman Square to create a sophisticated atmosphere. The venue also helped facilitate Riverbed’s goals and accommodated the high turnout leading to a successful event and high attendee satisfaction.
A 3-day hybrid conference set in Las Vegas can come with many logistical challenges, but Chill Out! was able to successfully manage the large scale event for LevelAccess. We set out to accomplish the goal of launching the new brand, while ensuring accessibility for the delegates attending in person and online. We provided a smooth live streaming experience for our online attendees and removed the stress of all the complications that come with setting up technology. Despite the challenges, we successfully managed to operate the AV equipment for the enjoyment of the delegates who attended in person.
