The Challenges

Push Security’s global teams needed a reliable way to:

• View current stock levels for a wide range of merchandise items.
• Order items for delivery to multiple locations worldwide.
• Ensure consistency of brand and quality, without manual email chains and spreadsheets.

Managing requests through ad‑hoc emails and static stock lists was time‑consuming and made it difficult for stakeholders to see what was available at any given time.

The Chill Out! Solution

Working closely with Push Security, we designed and built a bespoke online merchandising portal ( online store).

Key features include:

• A secure, branded portal accessible to authorised colleagues in both the UK and USA.
• Up‑to‑date stock information, showing availability, variants, and key product details.
• A simple ordering journey, allowing users to select items, quantities, and delivery addresses for shipments anywhere in the world.
• Chill Out holds the stock on behalf of Push Security in multiple locations and then acts as a bespoke fulfilment centre to send out the requested items as relevant.
• Cost effective solution to Push Security’s requirements for both stock handling and fulfilment.

The portal was built to be scalable from day one, with a structure that can support additional regions, user groups and product categories as Push Security grows.
