Combining a Customer Advisory Board with a customer roadshow, the events were designed to strengthen relationships with key accounts, share product updates and encourage collaboration through presentations, breakout sessions and networking opportunities.
Building on several years of successful partnership, Chill Out! planned and delivered both events while providing a consistent experience for delegates across two locations.
Although the format had been delivered successfully in previous years, each location presented different challenges. The Amsterdam event date changed by two weeks, requiring venues, suppliers and logistics to be re organised within a relatively short period.
In London, the event coincided with the hottest day of the year, making delegate comfort a key consideration throughout the conference.
Working within a new venue also introduced practical challenges, including limited power supplies and ensuring the breakout sessions operated smoothly.
Working closely with the LogicMonitor team, Chill Out! coordinated every aspect of the event delivery across both cities. This included registration management, branded merchandise sourcing, supplier coordination and onsite support, ensuring the programme remained on schedule despite changing requirements.
The contemporary setting of A’DAM Tower provided an ideal environment for the Amsterdam event, offering flexible meeting spaces alongside impressive views across the city. Conference sessions and breakout discussions were followed by a canal cruise and BBQ, creating an informal setting for delegates to continue conversations. In London, the programme concluded with a tour and canapés at the Guinness Brewery, providing another memorable networking experience.
Throughout both events, Chill Out! acted as the central point of contact, responding quickly to changes, coordinating suppliers and ensuring a consistent experience for delegates across both locations.
