Chill Out! Event Management is proud to announce the launch of its United States operations, marking an important milestone in the continued growth of the business and its ability to support clients on a truly global scale.
For more than 22 years, Chill Out! Event Management has worked with clients across the world to deliver creative, well planned events within the tech sector. As many of those clients continue to expand their own international footprint, the need for trusted event delivery on both sides of the Atlantic has grown. The establishment of a dedicated US operation allows Chill Out! to meet that need with confidence, consistency, and local expertise.
A new US office to support global delivery
The launch of Chill Out! Event Management Inc enables the business to deliver events directly in the United States while maintaining the same standards, values, and approach that clients know from the UK head office. With teams now operating in both regions, clients can benefit from closer collaboration, improved efficiency, and a more joined up approach to international event programmes.
The US operation is already underway, with upcoming events scheduled in San Francisco and Atlanta in early 2026. This hands on delivery reflects a practical and considered approach to expansion, ensuring the business is fully operational and embedded in the market from day one.
For existing clients, this means working with the same trusted partner while gaining access to local US knowledge and delivery teams. For new clients based in the United States, it offers the opportunity to partner with an experienced agency that understands how to deliver at scale across multiple regions.
Strengthening leadership to support growth
To support this expansion, Chill Out! Event Management has made two senior appointments that strengthen both its US presence and wider commercial strategy.
Richard Fine has joined the business as Commercial Lead, bringing extensive industry experience and a strong understanding of the US market. Richard will lead the strategic development of the company’s US offering while also supporting key commercial areas across the agency as a whole. His role ensures that growth in the United States is aligned with the long term vision of the business and the needs of its international client base.
The US operation will be led day to day by Kate Wolf, who joins Chill Out! Event Management with over fifteen years of experience in the events industry and a deep understanding of the US events landscape. Kate will oversee client relationships and project delivery in the United States, ensuring that every event reflects the quality, attention to detail, and collaborative approach that define Chill Out!.
