Following successful events in 2025, Chill Out! has already delivered the first 2026 events in Amsterdam and Lisbon, with further events to follow later in the year. Across each location, the objective remains to provide a technically robust setting that supports large scale training and accreditation exams alongside partner sessions and structured hospitality.
Each event within the series requires a technically robust environment capable of supporting a high volume of delegates completing online training and accreditation exams simultaneously. This includes the delivery of high speed hardwired internet, the coordination of laptops and the creation of controlled exam conditions that meet strict technical requirements. Reliability is essential, as any disruption would directly impact the delegate experience.
Venue selection must balance technical capability, accessibility and appropriate meeting space, while managing room commitments carefully across different cities. Alongside the main programme, ancillary meetings run in parallel, requiring a more focused and discreet setting without affecting the wider schedule.
Chill Out! has established a consistent delivery framework that enables training, exams and partner engagement to run smoothly across multiple European locations. In Lisbon, EPIC SANA hosted the main programme with offsite hospitality at Sud Lisboa as well as Praça Hub. In Amsterdam, the Sheraton Schiphol supported the conference and exam environment, with Papa’s Beach House Hoofddorp hosting the offsite dinner.
